We would like to start a group in Underriver, open to all!
The idea is to make items for charities such as www.woollyhugs.com
while having fun and a cup of tea.
We hope to meet monthly, set up projects and bring back whatever you have managed to make to the next meeting.
This is a chance to get together and make a difference to prem babies, children, the homeless, refugees and people in Syria and Afghanistan.
You can learn to knit, crochet and much more.
We have already had donations of wool, needles and crochet hooks and would welcome more.
The first meeting is planned for Tuesday June 5 from 2 pm courtesy of Jennifer Fair At Rockmead in Underriver.
On July 3rd Fiona Brooks has kindly offered to have us at Great Hollanden.
Do make 6inx6in squares or scarves until then and bring them with you!
